Print Order Guidelines and Imprint Uploader

To ensure you have the most pleasant ordering experience possible, please read the guidelines and information below:

  • There is a minimum order total of $100.
    • Standard order processing time is 4 business days. Your order will ship at the end of this period. If you need your order rushed there will be a 12.5% fee based on the total of your order.


    • We accept JPG, PNG & PDF files
    • Optimal artwork dimensions are 3" W x 2" H
      • More information equals smaller font
    • File size should be no larger than 1MB
    • You are allowed ONE imprint revision after receiving the initial rendered image. A typical imprint creation process goes as follows:

    • Imprint Steps:
    1. Imprint uploaded by customer, including logo and/or contact info (6 lines max.).

    2. First render sent to customer for review.

    3. Customer requests minor edits.

    4. Final render sent to customer for review.

    5. If approved, order is finalized and sent to print. If not approved, your point of contact will help you resolve any issues, get your approval, and then finalize your order for print.

    Note: If submitted artwork does not meet the requirements mentioned above, we may ask you to make changes and resubmit it or we can create the imprint for you for a design fee (We provide graphic design services at rate of $100 per hour.)


      • Please provide precise information, making sure you indicate clearly if the billing address is different from the shipping address.
      • Please do not use abbreviations, and check that there are no mistakes.
      • Due to higher costs, we are not able to include free shipping to residential addresses.
      • We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
      • Due to issues with order tracking and consistency, we are unable to ship using customers' shipping accounts.
      • Due to customs charges, free shipping does not apply to international orders
      • Most orders are shipped within 4 business days of purchase. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail. It will include information on how to track your order, but please note that the tracking number will only be visible on the UPS website one business day later.


      • We accept all major credit cards
      • Order with a PO#, then pay with either check or credit card
      • Pay by check

       *When paying by check, payment is due within 10 days of receiving your order. In the case of our digital products, access to the data will only be granted once payment has been received.


      • To better serve you, we begin processing your order as soon as the online purchase is completed. We therefore cannot guarantee that your request for changes will be fulfilled.
      • Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been ordered incorrectly.

        • Rush and/or international orders do not qualify for free shipping.


      • If you placed your order online, you should have received an order confirmation email immediately.
      • If you placed your order via phone, fax or email, then you will receive an order confirmation email within 1 business day. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.
