Chelsea has experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and couples, with a primary focus on children and adolescents. She brings over five years of experience in the school system, where she worked closely with children ages 4–12 and developed a strong understanding of their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. One of her favorite aspects of working with children is meeting them at their level and witnessing those meaningful moments when something finally “clicks.” She is passionate about carrying that same sense of understanding and connection from the school environment into the counseling setting.
Chelsea is especially passionate about supporting individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and other emotional challenges. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space where clients feel understood and empowered throughout their healing process.
Personal Perspective:
"I work collaboratively with my clients to help make challenges feel clearer, manageable, and approachable. I use a logical, structured approach while encouraging clients to discover their own insights and solutions. While I am there to support and guide my clients every step of the way, I believe that meaningful growth comes from the effort and changes they choose to make for themselves. Together, we will work toward creating the positive changes you want to see in your life."
