Our individual and group Bodywork sessions are led by our Trauma-Informed, Masters-Level, Certified Personal Trainer, Jordan Taylor, MPH, CPT. These sessions are designed to increase body awareness, improve mobility and strength and support healthy emotional regulation - al in a safe, supportive environment.
Our trauma-informed, group bodywork sessions combine gentle movement, grounding, and mindfulness to foster connection, resilience, and collective healing. Facilitated by Jordan Taylor, MPH, CPT, these sessions promote self-awareness, emotional balance, and a sense of community—empowering participants on their trauma recovery journey in Byron Center.

Our 1,000 sq. ft. Bodyworks Studio in Byron Center provides a safe, calming space designed for trauma-informed movement, recovery, and renewal. Equipped for individualized and group sessions, it supports whole-person wellness through strength training, mindfulness, and restorative bodywork.

We provide services on our 6-acre wellbeing campus located just minutes south of the UofM Health Village at M-6 and Byron Center Ave. Our campus includes adjacent buildings and parkling lots connected to one another via our wooded-walking trail.
