Our trauma-informed, wellness coach | certified personal trainer provides our clients with health coaching and personal training in support of a holistic approach to wellbeing. Our Bodywork sessions are facilitated in our 1000 square foot Studio located in the heart of Byron Center, MI. Bodywork sessions incorporate breathing, stretching and strength-training techniques that promote relaxation and emotional regulation.
Our 1,000 sq. ft. Bodyworks Studio in Byron Center provides a safe, calming space designed for trauma-informed movement, recovery, and renewal. Equipped for individualized and group sessions, it supports whole-person wellness through strength training, mindfulness, and restorative bodywork.
